Was there yesterday unusual long que. Asked for assistence with small basket of groceries. Being a pensioner and having a back problem unable to stand for a long time. Lady in charge said I have to stand and wait like the rest of the customers. Put my basket down and left 😢🤷🏼♀️ So disppointed
