Value car hire common *****

<p>Hi</p> <p>Got a value car though my insurance company Alexander Forbs , beliving as they use value car hire as a curtious car must be same as alexander forbs excesses .driving from there offices to work a stone was flung from the car infront into windscreen , and cracked windscreen ( on Hyhunda i20 , due to angle shure this happens a lot ),i should not have even been there as the car was suposted to be droped off at the panel beaters , as they forgot the book i had to go to there offices , if i did would not have been there .</p> <p>they say as this was not a accident i cannot pay the excess but the full amount of a replacement . <br />excess is for damage only ... as per karen own words .<br />if not damaged then why was it replaced . did the car in front purposley trow a stone at the rental car .</p> <p>do they understand what a accident actually is "an unfortunate incident that happens unexpectedly and unintentionally, typically resulting in damage or injury"</p> <p>as per dictionary it as a accident not on purpose . why does the govement allow this action ..should this not be taken to consumer protection and checked out .</p> <p>then they deuct the money from my account without permission . i did not approve that transaction at all . its the same as going into a house and taking what you want , common *****s</p> <p>this is not acceptable behavoiur from a service company.</p> <p>regards sean</p>
