******** UNAUTHORISED DEDUCTIONS FROM BANK

We rented a vehicle at Value Care Hire to utilize while we were in the Cape region. We did not have time to refuel before our flight and gave them the Hyundai I20 with the vehicle with a quarter tank of petrol. It makes sense that they will have to refuel the vehicle and that we will pay the bill but not as and when it pleases them and this after we already paid the bill in accordance with the amount invoiced to us. On the 08th of October 2015 we received a bill with refueling costs at R518.03 which have been paid already. On the 02nd of November 2015 Almost one month later we received another bill with an amount of R297.25 which they wanted to deduct for refueling charges again. How much fuel does a small I20 takes an who's fuel bill are we paying. <br> This after we have to trust these people with our credit and debit cards. This is ***** they cannot take money as and when they feel like it this after the monies have already been deducted from our account. The vehicle was rented in the name of Mr Erasmus
