Shocking Experience Value Car Hire JHB

I have been working with the Johannesburg branch. Tshepo and Daniel have been very unhelpful... they have also blamed their terrible work ethic on others. They won't own up to the fact that they messed up.

I had my rental car taken away on 06 June 2024. I still haven't received my refund - this has affected my living situation this month. I have had to loan money because of Daniel and Tshepo.

Daniel, being a manager, should own up to his wrong doings? Don't you think? He says it's the banks fault that I haven't received my money yet. Wow!

Please, friends, if you want decent service.... don't go through Value Car Hire in Johannesburg. There are numerous other options. Save yourself the trouble and money.
