ABUSED BY VALUE CAR HIRE !

I have never ever experienced such babrbaric behaviour and rudeness from a person in my life. His name is Vinesh and he is from the durban branch.I received a car from value car hire after it was organised by my insurance company. Now that the lease has expired since the claim has been sorted I am in east london. I phoned Vinesh to ask him where should i drop off the car in East London , he tells me i need to drive back to durban and drop off the car. He even goes on to insult me and tells me that the i10 that i am driving is worth over a R100 000 and cant just be dropped off at the office in east london ??? His tone and attitude was horriffic. I regret phoning him or dealing with this company , its a nightmare. Your office hours are 06:30 from Monday to Friday and your lines are closed , I spoke to a gentleman in cape town who was a little assistance , I dont understand why SAU is dealing with such , I have had a horrible 30 days and this is the last thing i need. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANY FAMILY OR FRIEND TO VALUE CAR HIRE !
