HORRIBLE SERVICE AND BROKE DOWN MY VEHICLE

These people ****med me, I took my car for serice in June 2024 I was told I needed to change thermostat which I paid for and was told it was done as the car had been overheating. End of July 2024 the car shut down in the middle of the road after checking with another dealer I was told thermostat was not changed and was not clipped on properly which created more problems. When I took it back they told me everything seemed fine and what the other dealer diagnosed was not true so the car was fine and they will do free service that was beginning of Oct 24, beginning of Nov 24 the car shut down on the road and had to be towed again and was also overheating.. this after I went to Auto Value Care about 3 times to ask them to sort the problem as I also paid for thermostat they never changed.. These people don't know what they are doing.. They broke my vehicle I am not still fixing because of their incompetence.. Whatever u do, never go to these people they cause more problems than assistance
