Rynfieldz disappointment.

We recently purchased 1 of their units in Rynfieldz estate. The original date of occupation was set for the 1st Aug 2019. Which on can still see published on their website. It is now been delayed for another month (making it 6 months in total). It is unacceptable. I understand that in developments there will be delays but this company has been a complete and utter joke. Knowing what we know now. My husband and I would have been better off choosing 1 of the many other developments within the east rand that broke ground months after that of rynfieldz and have since been completed and have occupants. This entire experience has been frustrating and exhausting and nothing short of disappointing. I would advise that further buyers steer clear of any developments in gauteng and/or the rest of south Africa associated with the "value added homes."
