******* DEBITS FROM MY ACCOUNT

My account has been debited with two separate amounts of R99 and another of R89 for MOST of this year. I understand this company 'represents' several call centres and debits people's accounts on behalf of these call centres. I have never signed up for any of the services offered by these call centres. I have on SEVERAL OCCASIONS called the following numbers for assistance....*** AND get told the same story.....'the debits will be reversed and no future debits will be put through and yet, the debits are still ongoing.....<br> <br> I need to know how the consumer protection act protects me from these DOGS who have NO regard for our hard earned money
