A Magwheel that has hit a Water Drain Pavement in the Parking Slot on the Public Road Not Covered

The mag wheel hit the Drain water meter next to the road , a drain that drains water out of the road. I really don’t know why is this not covered because it was in the parking slots next to a main road . I have been with Value Added Products or more than 3 years now , I haven’t heard such a terrible issues with you.
