Poor Service

I bought a car in VALOR Litchenburg in June It has issues and I did raise them with the sales lady, she kept on promising me that she will investigate and come back to me. I told her about tires that are not in good condition, the scratch in front and in August I told her about the rear brakes that are making a sound, she kept on ignoring me. She asked someone to assist me of which she is very helpful compared to her but can’t assist further until she gets a go ahead from her. The lady informed me that she says she gave me a discount on the car of which I don't know about it, and also smash and grab that was also new to me, the car does not have those things. I tried to reach out to her but she keeps on giving me an attitude. I am very dissappointed with the way she is handling this issue.
