Very bad service, the receptionist didn't even want to hear what I wanted to as****

I just spoke to a lady (from Valley Lodge in 2 Valley Drive Hillcrest) who answered the call, she said she was Fazima or Fazel. She was so rude that I made a second call thinkinfg she wasnt hearing what I was saying but she just straight said I need to call in the morning (at the time it was 22:15) before she even heard what I was going to say. She didnt even know whether I was a guest or not, I have screenshots of the call and unfortunately on this site I cant attach, I am so very disappointed cos when I read the reviews of this place they were very good. The place is said to be at Hillcrest but the way I got received, it was like I was calling a police station with no officers to assist!!!
