Told to vacate room 2 hours prior to normal time

Please take note that the SAQCC Association had booked several rooms at Valley Lodge as of Friday and check-out on Saturday. The Association (SAQCC) had also booked a conference room to hold their AGM. To my dismay, on Saturday morning, one of the housekeeping staff came to my room, Number 48 and told me that I had to leave the room at 9am. <br> <br> Well, I was flabbergasted. I had to pack my bag and get out only to be told that the standard check-out time is 11am however special arrangements had been made that we could check-out at 12 noon.<br> <br> This has left me with a very bad impression of Valley Lodge. I will certainly NEVER recommend Valley Lodge to any colleagues, family or friends. I will also be posting my comments on Hello Peter to warn anyone who may be considering Valley Lodge for either a wedding, simply a leisure weekend or even a company conference to reconsider and rather chose another venue. <br> <br> I am aggrieved that the lady from SAQCC, Virginia had to apologise to me on behalf of the management and that none of the staff of Valley Lodge and Spa were prepared to engage with me directly. This is very poor management to say the least.<br>
