Very Disappointing

Firstly I would just like to complain about the time it took to assist me, at one point my dog was not breathing properly at all and they told me to have a seat on the chair and wait.

Secondly i could not settle the bill immediately and agreed to settle the account at the end of the month, this company is so money hungry that they send you legal threats to pay your bill even though it has not been over due for 30days, then they inform you that you have to pay by a specific date or further action will take place making this date way before a salary pay out day. This world is filled with money hungry people and people that will verbally abuse you to put you under stress and force you to meet there terms and conditions... My response to you valley farm is go jump and i will never support your hospital again.
