Valley Farm Animal Hospital - best service!

This is such an awesome vet. If I lived in Pretoria, this is where I would take my babies every single time. First off, I gave my baby boy the incorrect meds on Xmas Eve and had to rush him to Valley Farm Vet in Faerie Glen, Pretoria. They are open 247/365. They immediately rushed him into the hospital to help him. They keep us informed for the couple of hours we were there, even with more and more patients coming in. I was told the next day that they had approx 47 new intakes after we left. We were given clear instructions on when to visit, when to call and what to do while our boy was in hospital. When I visited my Winston and they brought him through, he was so chilled and happy with everyone that was taking care of him. He was loved by everyone. They gave me an indication of what the bill "could be" and they asked for a 50% deposit. By the time Winston was released, the bill was less than the indicative amount and yes, they did say it could be alot more than the approximation because they didn't know what to do at the time. I was not charged any overtime for the special holidays. They helped me as quickly as they could to get all my documentation sorted out and even emailed my pet insurance company directly. Their staff are kind, tentative, caring and passionate about their patients and their families. They have several types of specialists so you can be assured your baby gets the best medical attention. They are well equipped for you to stay as long as you need with a tea and coffee station that is very well kept and free wifi. They have a great retail store for all different pets. The gentleman that 'mans' the doors and the car park, is amazing and gets to know you and your babies. He will help you with whatever he needs to before you have even walked through the door!
