Utterly disappointing emergency care

Our cat suffered from some sort of damage to her tail, resulting in the tail becoming limp. We arrived at 9 o’clock and were told we would have to wait for 30min- one hour. We sat waiting in the car for over 2 and a half hours!!!

The entire point behind a 24h emergency care pet facility is that they should be able to handle emergencies. If our cat had been in any worse of a state then she probably wouldn’t have made it.
