I am so discussted with them... Took my dog to them last night He was having a seizure and on the way to the hospital my dog stopped breathing When I got there I was trying to be calm and relaxed but theu did not take my situation seriously They had him for almost 2 hours before seeing us When we got to talk to the doctor he didn't even know why we brought him in and what was wrong.... I could see my baby was not good could not stand was wabeling and falling the hole time... Showed the doctor the vidoes of the seizure and explained everything to him and the doctor just said that my dog seems okau.... I KNOW MY BABY.... HE WAS NOT "OKAY"

They kept him there for the night said he does not need a drip because he seems fine.... Our estimate was R4000 with the sacn included.... This morning i phoned asked how my dog was and they couldn't give me an answer... Said he seems okay....i told them not to do the scan I am fetching my dog and taking him to my vet... When i got there they wherw still busy doing test for god knows what.... When i got my dog he didn't seems 100%...

Went to reception and said that i already paid R3000 dep last night and you didn't do the scan so i dont owe anything els... I had to pay for them not doing anything.... So i paid R4500 later... They had my dog for 13 hours and when i asked do they know what happened theu just said that they have not gotten to it yet....

They gave me a report on my dog and in the report they said thay my dog was fine and was well aware of his surroundings... Witch is totally BULL****... I knowbmy dog... He was zoning out, falling around and had a seizure and stopped breathing... And in the report theu wrote that he was fine???? They dont care about your dog or take your situation seriously... They have no care in the world for animals just money greedy.... I would not evem hp and waist another cent by them....
