After paying thousands of Rands and still being harrassed by Valley Farm Animal Hospital for months on end for money that I absolutely do not owe them, I have elected to pay the amount they are demanding to avoid further harassment.

We had been told there would be no further costs after the initial payment of over R4000 but were slapped with another huge bill shortly after that which we paid under duress. But that wasn't the end of it. We were harassed for even more money subsequently. Should Valley Farm Animal Hospital ever harass me for any amounts in future, be advised that I will hand this matter over to my attorney.

I will never make use of your services again and will advise others of your thieving habits as well.

You cannot send emails demanding random amounts of money after a clear verbal agreement had been made. Absolutely disgusting institution. People will begin to see you for what you are.
