STAY AWAY FROM VALLEY FARM ANIMAL HOSPITAL (PRETORIA)

I arranged for my dogs chronic meds to be ready, and collected today, but only pay the last day of the month (I’ve made arrangements like this before - no problem). I live far from the Vet, and could only arrange for the meds to be picked up today. I received 2 very arrogant and unprofessional mails telling me I must settle the account when the meds are collected. This is Chronic meds which my dogs can’t go without. The admin personal are totally clueless that one day without the meds could cause an enormous bill (maybe this is what this lady was hoping for). She used words out of context and told me not to “slander” the practice. Telling the truth is not slandering. I phoned another Vet, who was willing to help me and let me pay on Friday. Because he cares about the animals! They were good once upon a time, but seeing that an admin person has permission to overrule a Vets diagnoses and refuse to give medicine, they will never see me again. The bad reviews on here confirms to stay away from them! I will make sure that I spread the word - Valley Farm Animal Hospital is only after money, and not about the welfare or animals.
