Poor buisness ethics

As per so many other reviews here ,Valley Farm Animal Hospital does not disclose hidden costs to customers and is n poor example of running any buisness. I phoned in on Saturday morning to ask if i could collect a prescription for our dog that recieved medication from them previosly.They mentioned that it should be done 24hrs prior and did not have a problem picking meds up during the week as i explained on phone call. We recieved a phone call few hrs later to say that meds could be collected thats about R400. When i picked up meds the following day a R200 "handling fee" was added (50% of the price of the meds) that i had to sign for and that was not brought up or noted once on the two phone calls. Valley Farm Animal Hospital you are adding ridiculous amounts / hidden costs that is not transparent with customers that is clear on other reviews and complaints.

Yes its just R200 BUT......this is poor buisness ethics....
