Parvo Treatment Malpractice

Valley farm began treatment against parvo for a puppy. When the boss/of employment couldnt deposit a full-salary into their account valleyfarm would no longer treat the puppy removing it from life saving treatmemt to only die 3 hours later. Cremated at the spca not at valley farm vet. They continue to blacklist the owner due to failing to medicate the puppy. They didnt complete treatment. They rejected the dog. Is' this not malpractise to abuse the life of an animal then demand full-payment for treatment of a puppy they let die intentionally as owner wanted to pay (begin payment end of month) and this was not allowed then. Should the owner not get charged for services they did provide rather than being charged by a vet practice whom abused the life of a puppy and want payment for this? And to ruin owners life by blacklisting them.
