Never go to Valley farm animal hospital

I went to valley farm animal hospital with my 9 week old puppy, she was dewormed and vaccinated a few days prior. I noticed that she struggled to walk properly because her back legs would collapse either while walking or while trying to stand up. I went only went to valley farm because I wanted a second opinion, silly mistake. the vet did a physical examination by bending her back legs and pushing (quite hard) down her spine. she wasn’t moaning from pain before that. The vet then disappeared for almost 40 minutes !!! To take an x ray of her back legs. 40 minutes !?!? She came back and said that she had done x rays and a blood smear as well as a sonar. She then told me that she can’t give me an answer because she can’t diagnose my pup with anything, saying that I should see a specialist. (So I don’t know what she was because I was under the impression that a VET would be able to help me since I’m not an expert). So after x rays , blood tests ‘and a sonar’ they couldn’t tell me what was wrong but wanted to keep her over the weekend. They couldn’t even tell me if there was hope. A couple thousand rands later , I asked for the x rays because I’m going back to my original vet. They gave it to me on a CD and charged me for the CD. (Not many new laptops have place to insert a CD). I went back to ask for hard copies since I paid for them only to be told that I haven’t paid even though I had a receipt and invoice. I would not recommend valley farm animal hospital to anybody. I’m not even bothered about how much it was , I’m bothered that I left with no answers. I can say that valley farm vets do not care about the lives of animals. They care about the money.
