Money is more important than our pets

Did a very bad job as they did not test for the right thing, paid our bill of 3k, next morning sent me another bill of R1200 and said sorry they forgot to add it. Please stay away. They only care about money not animals. Ps. If you make a mistake do not make your clients pay for it. Own them. Speaking as a business owner.
