DON'T take ur pet here if you LOVE THEM, They wil make an ERROR and loose your pet

NEVER RECOMMENDED!!! They make errors on their system and the staff makes errors and don't fix the mistake instead they blame the pet owners!!!!!

Valley farm communal cremated MY FRIEND'S pet without her concent! and then they couldn't even find her on the system! they didn't even know what happened to her fur baby until they had to SEARCH and try and find her body, as they couldn't even get her on the system!

I mean how long is this place in business?????

THEN they go and COMMUNALY cremate my friends pet WITHOUT HER CONCENT! and when u go and speak to them, they are so RUDE!even tho they made this error!!!they wil be rude to YOU! That Julia lady she is VERY RUDE,she shouldn't work there at all!!!!

they sweep their errors under the rug by banning my friend from the VET.. YES banning her after she did nothing..and then BLAMING her for everything ,after she did nothing but just wanted to know how this all happened? all they can say is MY FRIEND made the staff stress and worry, after she litteraly just spoke to two staff guy and asked is this also a pet that has been sent over the rainbow...and talking to a guy that came to talk TO HER...Why did they ban her??? for standing outside and doing nothing? because they are WRONG!

they make excuses to look good and to right their wrongs!

now my friend does not have the chance to have her fur baby to bring her body home where she belongs! but watch the response they will have saying my friend did wrong,That the staff stressed, and that my friend couldn't financially do this or that,that they tried to help! And and and and...but yet its not true! Its just to look good for the wrongs!

DON'T EVER TAKE UR PET HERE! CAUSE U WILL WALK IN LEAVING YOUR FUR BABY,AND COMING BACK TO GET THEY..FINDING OUT AND ERROR WAS MADE AND UR BABY IS GONE!

yes some people have good experiences, but those with the bad experiences are BAD at VALLEY FARM..and they just don't care about animals just MONEY
