DISAPPOINTED

DISAPPOINTED!! I was in desperate need of Help with my old Bouvier Female, with what I thought was an ear infection. so at 23:00, 16th June, I rushed her to the practice as I could not find another emergency vet at that time. In my opinion, a Consultation fee should at least cover a basic exam, which would at least cover things like; Taking the patient's Temperature Listening to Breathing. Checking eye membranes. If the client mentioned some sort of infection, maybe at least a blood smear taken from the ear. What a basic consultation exam should cover. Dr asked me what was wrong. I explained what I thought it could be (which I explained could be an ear infection), and Dr proceeded to prepare a solution to flush ears, gave two injections for pain, proceeded with ear drops, and sent pain pills with the patient. For the money they insist on for Consultation, I feel I did not get what i paid for, and hoping that My Presumed Noted problem was the actual problem and not something else.
