DISAPOINTET

My Jack Russel was taken by some one that had vound him on the street infront of my hous. He was scared and came out of my jared somehou. I phoned on Monday morning 31/03/25 at 08;15 to inform them that i could only collect my dog aftet 13;00. When i arive at the reseption and ask for my dog they alteady send him to the spca. So i had to pay R495 to get my dog at the spca. The only ting tey coud tell me is "sorry". I was veourious. I realy think they have a "we dont care attetude.
