Arranged Chronic meds not there!

I arranged on Tuesday 26 June 2018 for my dog’s chronic medication. The Lasix was not there. I asked them to get it. I phoned on the 27/28 June & 2 July to tell them I will come and get the meds on the 2nd of July. The lady assured me the meds are there. When I got there they didn’t have Lasix. They made a mistske, didn’t phone back to tell me they don’t have it, they let me drive there, and only then told me they don’t have it. What’s the IQ of the receptionist & the person that has to duspense the meds? I claim from Medipet, noe they want me to go to Dischem and get the meds! How oafish can one be?
