Wrong Times

I arrived at the car wash just after 17h00 yesterday, as their signage states that they are open until 17h30. I was rudely turned away for a wash and go, which surely doesn't take more than 10 min!? The horrible thing was that I was the only one there and they still turned me away - it's not like they had other cars to do before their \closing time."<br> <br> I find this treatment completely unacceptable!"""
