VPS too busy to fix the debt on my car

I've always received great service from VPS but I'm now a very disappointed customer with their after services. I left my car with VPS Parking on 22 December and collected it on 4 January at night. I however, noticed a day later that there was damage on the right hand bumper and a dent on the front fender. I reported this to VPS they promised to come fix the problem. I gave them my address but nothing has happened till today. I have been told that they're busy, the owner will return to me when he has time. It's obvious that my complaint is not being prioritized.
