VPS damaged my car and display horrible customer service standards!

In September, VPS (https://www.valetpark.co.za/) at OR Tambo Airport damaged my car while it was in their "care". Over and above that, not the manager Neil or the owner, Wynand Bakker are courteous enough to pick up the phone and call me to resolve the matter so now I need to resort to resolving this through legal proceedings.. it's a matter of principle and I don't think VPS deserves any praise for the horrible manner in which it is run.

This company doesn't look after your car while in their possession and they don't have any sense of good customer service... and all they have done is create more stress and hassles and left me with a damaged car instead of providing any sort of convenience, safety or solutions. Absolutely terrible experience.
