Valet Parking Services ORT - do not use them!

VPS came recommended but my experience was disappointing at the very least. The drop off and pick up were on time however when I picked up my car there was a dent on the rear left arch and damage to the front passenger seat. On top of that my car wasn't even washed properly with dirty water marks on the body the inside not even cleaned.

I questioned about it, the driver left without a word and the person with the card machine was quickly there. When I questioned him, he then got stroppy and said to just pay and take it up with the main office. I duly sent pictures of the damage and was told that the GM would contact me. That was 5 days ago. Every time I follow up I get the same excuse, the GM is too busy and they will relay the message. I am still waiting for feedback.

Thoroughly unprofessional service. Quick to take the cash but customer service is less than a priority.

Would not recommend at all. Rather pay the little extra and park at long stay or an alternative.
