Valet Parking Services O R Thambo Airport

On the 10TH of September I had to fly down to Cape town. I called Valet parking services to book my Bakkie in. My return date was the 12Th September at 19h00. On the 12th at about 12 pm I called them to change my Date to the 13Th at 18h00. That evening at 22h30 I get woken up with a call to ask why I have not called to collect my bakkie. I told them that I did call them to change the date. On the 13Th at 17h52 I called the to say we have landed and they could send my bakkie to the airport. I got Upstairs at 18h35 cause the luggage took a bit long to be off loaded and my bakkie was not there. I called them again to ask why they not there yet and I was told that my bakkie was still at their place. they only got to the Airport at 18h45. I then asked them that I wanted to speak to the owner. I was told that he was away on holiday. When the Manager came to me he said that the owner will only be back after he has finished with his business. they lie to you about the owner and why is it that the owners don't want to speak to the customers after all we are the ones that keep him in business.
