Valet Airport Parking is a ****. DO NOT go with the cheap prices & empty promises of this valet service. I just returned home from approximate 4 months away & my car was filthy. Rat droppings, urine smell, mould all over my boot & cabby hole & other parts of the car. Mould on my leather finishes. It seems the car was not even stored in covered parking. Safe keeping of my car was grossly neglected. My battery is completely used up ,was swapped with an undated battery & this was a recently replaced battery from a legitimate dealership. No profuse apology & reasonable offer to ractify their gross neglect & day light ******* & ******** of my money. They simply said to go wash my car on my own time & buck & then send them the invoce. Washing my car & keeping it clean is their service! I am utterly disgusted at the wickedness, lack of intergrity & dishonesty of this 'business'. Every complaint I submitted had picture evidence. Every denial & defense they made had no evidence except their "word". And now as I follow up for resolution, they are not picking up their phones nor responding to my texts. Don't waste your money here. Valet Airport Parking is a ****. Never again! I have pictures, I have evidence.
