Poor Service. Paid for something I did not receive

I parked with VPS just over a week ago. They over promised and underdelivered. I was charged R160 for a services that I thought was only R100. They then explained that they charge calendar day and not per 24 hours which I accepted. They also promised that my car would go through a car wash before I received it back. My car was in the exact same state. No car wash, nothing.
