Pink Ladies Valet ***********

I made a booking via w-App for my car to be parked by them flying form Cape Town to Joburg flight number tiem etc. They simply did not rock up. This resulted in my missing my flight, having to park at the airport at high expenceand the extra cost of a new flight They were stationed in Joburg but nothing on the website nor the person I made the bookign with took any notice that I was in Cape Town.

After loosing a fair amount of money due to their incompotence I tried to balance a little bit of my expences by requisting a 2 day parking for free at Or tambo to make up for their boo -boo. They simply refused and made me out to be an idiot. The arogance and simple shortsitedness was simply unbelievable. So please save yourself the trouble by avouiding them becouse if something goes wrong they are not prepared to man -up
