NO CARWASH & DELAYED DELIVERY

*** OR Tambo Airport *ZERO STAR*...DON'T EXPECT A THING! I expected a car wash in my 36 hour service paid for? My car was 30 minutes late in being delivered to the meeting point late at night, my flight was on time and I was on time. Unbelievablly shoddy business operation and I will never use this service again. On complaining telephonically (on MY third call!) I got the "Ma'am as we have explained our driver is on the way"....Not ONE call/sms/whatsapp/apology to tell me they would be late, despite knowing my flight details and time given to deliver my car. I want a refund, I did not pay for this zero star service. CARWASH NEVER DONE IN 36 HOURS! Pictures I have show evidence despite "WASHBAY" tag on my key ring. What a farce! I want a refund because I did not get what was paid for. Please note they have turned off REVIEWS on their social media.....do you wonder why?
