No accountability from valet parking services after car damages

Absolutely appauled by their poor service and response to the damages they made on my car. Gave them my car for parking services as I flew out of jhb and they returned my car damaged and I reported the matter immediately to only be told they will address it and now they say they won’t fix the damages leaving me to seek legal action against them.
