Lost spare wheel.

On the 2de of Dec 2024 I arrived 22:00 at O R Thambo to get my vehicle back from VPS. Upon inspection of my vehicle we concluded that my spare wheel was gone. I was then told that this probleme would be sorted the next day as it was very late at that time. It is now more than a month later and I am still driving around without a spare wheel. I had been VPS for a long time but this will be the last time. They do not reply on any queries that I have made to resolve the issue.
