Lost keys not replaced, they also take joyrides in your vehicle

I checked out the business website and I got good pre-sales service from Mari.

Unfortunately on my return from my journey with my 2 kids and wife we landed and was informed that my car keys were missing. We booked into a hotel that evening and the next morning when I called they informed me that my keys were still missing.

VPS used a locksmith to gain access to my vehicle to gain access to my house keys which were in my glove box. They sent a cab and a half to take us home, the back seats had no seatbelts for my 2 kids whilst the driver sat at the back in the canopy.

On my arrival home I handed my spare key over and then checked my Vehicle Tracking service movement logs. To my surprise even though the website says "our facilities are safe with covered parking and extensive security around the property", my vehicle was taken for a joyride. It left their premises on the Wednesday afternoon 13:20 and only returned 20:30 that evening. I gave the vehicle logs, google earth photos of where they stopped but still they could not get my vehicle keys, the keys I gave to them to safegaurd my vehicle until my return.

My car was returned to me, the car wash was a half attempt, they window and body had visible wipe marks, there was a sticky substance on the vehicle. I checked my vehicle for any parts that may have been ****** while on the joyride.

My original keys were lost by Valet Parking Services my attempts to have them replace my keys has not been successful, I threatened legal action and the owner says I now need to make a case against his own staff member for driver my car and loosing my car keys. I did not enter into an agreement with hisbstaff member. I accepted their terms of service. Point 8 on their terms says "Should vehicle keys for any reason be lost or misplaced VPS will replace relevant keys".

The owner has not replaced my original keys and have failed to honour their own terms and conditions. The owner and business has completely failed me and I caution you to not use their services.

Very unhappy customer, I will not return and will not recommend your business to anyone.
