Horrible parking services

Worst experience ever. I waited 1hr 20 minutes before they returned my car.They told me they'll be delayed by 30 minutes but I waited more than an hour. People who came last got their cars before me and they kept on saying there's traffic.

The manager even told the driver to tell me that I must relax, they're not flying my car, they're driving it but other customers kept on getting their cars back within a reasonable time while I was waiting.

I kept phoning and they told me the same story. At some stage the manager even blue ticked my messages when I complained.
