Free wash: a ruse to get you to use their services. Lies on top of that

I departed and returned on 01 and 03 March 2020 respectively. First they got my arrival time completely wrong (15:30 instead of 18:30). They called me at 17:30 to collect my car. When the car was finally delivered it had been unwashed, still dirty. I called their office and the lady **** by saying the arrival was 04 March 2020 which is a whole load of bull, given that she called me earlier.

Such disregard and disrespect. Their level of unprofessionalism was appalling. Gave me a half-baked apology with excuses. I had used them previously, and they just got too comfortable.
