This is a park and pick up service that is provided when travelling international or local from OR Tambo, I dropped my vehicle was inspected by the company representative signed the check sheet and left for my flight. I arrived a week later called Valet Parking Services told them I landed like instructed, not only were they 20min late but found my vehicle bonnet was damaged. I have been in contact with Valet Parking Services which they advised they will take my vehicle in and have it sorted, gave my vehicle to them and NO surprise nothing had been done, now they ignore my emails and messages. I am disgusted with Valet Parking Services customer service.
