Avoid Valet Parking Services at all costs

If you are considering leaving your car with a valet service at OR Tambo airport, DO NOT USE VPS Valet Parking Services. I left my car with them for two days last week and they returned it with a huge crack in the windscreen. What angers me far more than the crack is their complete lack response to the problem. Despite providing photos and calling several times, there has been no response from them at all. No explanation as to how the crack occurred or any attempt at all to take any responsibility or suggest any remedy. Really shocking client service.
