Absolute trash!!!

I booked my car in with Valet Parking Services at O.R. Tambo airport on 24 September 2021. They marked all the dents and scratches on my car on the invoice. I still have that invoice and there's absolutely nothing on my windscreen. I came back to fetch my car on 27 September 2021.

As I'm driving out the airport, I notice a huge crack going down my whole windscreen. I call Valet Parking Services immediately to report this and get the runaround for four days. I eventually called today and get verbally abused by the agent who was supposed to assist me; she raised her voice and berated me repeatedly, telling me about how her car has also had a chip and that's what caused my huge crack. Like that makes it okay for me. When I asked to escalate the matter, she told me "the boss" would most likely respond in the same manner and that he'd only be available on 11 October 2021. Essentially, she completely dismissed me in a very abrupt manner.

I have never in my life experienced such an unprofessional business. Someone shouting at me like I'm their child. I brought my car in a certain state and it came back with a cracked windscreen, which they're refusing to take accountabilty for. I would strongly advise you do not ever use this service!
