I received the incorrect colour necklace & wrong size ring. I have repeatedly tried to get these exchanged. The owner Ricky Ormsby eventually responded with the promise to facilitate the collection of the items for an exchange, then he ghosted. He also owns perfumology Co. And is affiliated to Limitless Lifestyle SA.
