Valentus Distributor- extremely bad service !!!! Margerey Terblanche from Kempton

Good morning.

I ordered products from a Margerey Terblanche in kempton park. I ordered and paid November and still have not receive any products.

It was presumably send through customs. Came to South Africa. Was send. But there is allot of stories now about the products. The coffee came but not the Keto Creamer. The person who does order from you guys should be registered by you ? If im not mistaken.

Please can you help with this- As im waiting more then 4 months now. Where i was told it will take maximum 3 weeks.?

And now shes saying to me that shes waiting for commission to be paid before she can give my momey back. I inquired by another Valentus distributor and she says that she wont receive commission because the products were already in South Africa so she wont receive it she says that she might have weighted to long to get the parcels from customs. Thats why she is maybe halting.

She even tried selling me organo products instead . But I said no as I already had the same problem with another Valentus distributor - Amorie mostert. She didn't even ask she just send the oragano products. That is half the prise as the valentus products so she still ows me 2 products . But till now i have not heard anything back from her regarding my other products.

Please can someone advise on this. As I want my money back or receive my products!

This Margerey Terblanche says shes waiting for commission but she is still selling other products! She even tried to halt the sittuation by saying she was in a car accident and that her sister is talking to me trying to sort everything out!!! Which she admitted at the end she **** !!!
