They are the WORST COMPANY EVERRRRR!

DO NOT JOIN/ BUY PRODUCTS!!!! So after fighting to get my first order refunded I received my refund 6 months later, now I'm busy fighting with them to refund my second order because I've waited 5 months for my products to be delivered! Now they send me **** like: "Thank you for the email. We apologize, as we are unable to issue a refund while your order is still In-Route. Once the order arrives at its destination, we would be able to proceed in the refund process at your request. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and we are greatly appreciative of your patience with us during this time. We are very sorry for ever providing unclear service in our previous emails." and "Once we have received the product back and the return has been processed we will notify you via email. Likewise, we do not have an estimated time frame for the return process. to be completed".... and "once this happens our returns team will letting know via email, and then we will refund the order. Again, we do not have an estimate of how long it may take for this order to be returned."

BUT the thing is, they refunded other distributors orders without the products being returned to their warehosue, but they are waiting on mine till "received the products back" before refunding me! THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I have sent back my products and I've done my job, now when will they start doing their job???

I've waited 8 months now for my refund of my products!!!! 8 FRIKKEN MONTHS!! They don't even bother to refund you the full amount, you wait longer than a month and a half for your product that never arrives and their prices are ridiculous! HORRIBLE service, and when asked why they didn't refund the full amount they say that exchange rate isn't their problem!
