DO NOT JOIN - bad support and service!

This company is pathetic! No support when it comes to refunding our products that we have been waiting for 4-6 months! We work our buts off to sell these products, and when things go bad due to Corona, they cant assist in refunding when we have already lost our money due to clients asking for refunds and threatening us!! We look bad as distributors! The support doesn't have a phone number, only an email address (***) where we get a response via email every 3rd or 4th email. The service and support is PATHETIC!!! WHERE IS MY REFUND!!!???
