Unprofessional business practice

We paid our rent to Valentine Estate's and the owners of our cottage haven't been paid by said Estate agency, they tell them they haven't got any money to pay them. Even though they received the payments. They are very unprofessional. The owner of the business is Marie Greyvenstein and we are not getting any joy.
