Shocking service - never get feedback on orders

Requested a quotation of foam sheeting. Was told I'd have all the details I need within 10 minutes. Never got a call back.<br> <br> Enquired about tea pot options - never got a quotation.<br> <br> Service is consistently poor, never follow up on back orders, battle to get quotations.
