Poor service, bad customer care and rude manager

Yesterday 21st November 2022 I went to have one of my cameras in my vehicle accessed as it wasn't working. I had it installed in 2020 in the same garage. After checking it was discovered that it was damaged and recommended a replacement, we agreed on an amount and it was done perfectly. I then asked about more products that they supply mainly a front camera and alarms for vehicles. I was referred to the manager and as I spoke to him he seemed not interested in the discussion and the more I spoke to him the more he became rude eventually he Said to me I think I'm so important so must he bow down to me. I was taken aback by his attitude and insults. Worse still is the fact that the sales man who sold me the device in 2020 was there and he was not interested in talking to me either
